Alma Hotel
We are a small familiar bed+breakfast hotel on the edge of the picturesque town Oberstdorf. Stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens are within walking distance. If you are eager to head into the mountains, the (ski-)bus stop is only a few steps from our door. To the train station it takes as little as 12 minutes walking. You can start your day from the doorstep of our house, hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are directly accessible.
Enjoying breakfast after a restful night in one of our cosy rooms from which you can see the sun rising over the mountain peaks. The great outdoors is waiting for you to come and explore.

In November 2017 our house again has been acknowledged with a 3-star certification of the German Hotel Association. For us, it is most important to focus on the essential things to ensure that you feel comfortable staying with us. You will find everything you need and nothing that you don't, but usually pay.
All our rooms are individually designed - a red bathroom, a canopy bed, a spa shower, a round or a squared balcony. There is only one thing all rooms have in common: an amazing view into the meadows and mountains surrounding our house.
Our lounge and the fireplace invite you to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, read a book or newspaper, share your experiences of the day with other guests or mingle at night for a few games.
Having a feeling lazy day? We recommend our indoor pool and sauna which are perfect to just relax and allow your body to refuel.

Fresh breakfast, of course
With the sun rising we serve a naturally healthy breakfast with fresh bread rolls, farmers bread, pastry, cereals, fruit, yogurt, jam, eggs and a selection of cheese and meat. Everything preferably organically grown in the region. For drinks you can choose from a wide selection of juice, coffee and tea.
Planning an exciting day in the mountains we are happy to prepare a Gipfeljause, a tasty lunchpack starting from 6.80 EUR.
The Alma Hotel is a cheerful place, always welcoming you. Coming back from a day out in the mountains and craving for a coffee and a piece of homemade cake or a refreshing drink, just let us know. In summer our green garden tempts you to an ice creme in the sun.
On a cold winter afternoon our cosy Allgäustüble invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful views onto the snowy mountains.
At any time you can help yourself to a drink from our fridge in the lounge.
